Class of 2013Optometry's role in healthcare is far-reaching; as primary care providers, we have the potential to impact individuals and communities at large. My role as Public Health Journalist is to provide articles, news, interviews, and other updates that highlight optometry's past achievements and prospective goals in the public health realm. By staying informed, I hope for optometry students to be inspired by their indispensable role in public health and help catapult optometry to the forefront of healthcare.
