Have an impact on your profession! Support the positive direction and growth of optometry at the 2013 Congressional Advocacy Conference (CAC) this September 9th to 11th in Washington, D.C. From educating legislators about optometry and its vital role within our health care system, to learning more about lobbying and the legislative side of optometry, this trip will be extremely beneficial to optometry and your growth as a student and future OD.

If you have any questions about dates/times, housing, funding, getting excused from labs or clinic, etc., contact your AOSA Trustee or AOA-PAC reps for answers. Be on the lookout for an upcoming article by Hunter Chapman for a deeper look into the important yearly event!
